The MACHFINISH™ facility is located adjacent to the world famous Air Force Plant 42 in Palmdale, California. Palmdale is a prime location, being home to Boeing, NASA, Northrop, and Lockheed. The MACHFINISH™ facility has been designed with an emphasis on reducing Foreign Object Inclusion, one of the biggest offenders in poor coating quality. This is being accomplished through state-of-the-art filtering of the shop and compressed air. Additionally, our shop floors and walls are painted with an epoxy coating, thus helping to keep environs clean, bright and free of dust and other foreign matter.
KAESER COMPRESSED AIR SYSTEM
Kaeser compressed air system utilizing a 2000 gallon storage tank to maintain stable pressure across spray streams, combined with a filtration system that removes contaminants down to the micron level.
MAKE-UP AIR SYSTEM
Tempered and filtered make-up air system with variable frequency drive sensor balances building pressure to preset parameters.
WASH ROOM
High volume, stainless steel, and insulated process tanks – utilizing Process Technology(r) heaters and controllers to provide maximum cleaning power and efficiency.
